Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the ‘Withdraw from contract’ option in our online shop at www.kessberlin.com. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing details of the content of your notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods if you send them back using the return labels provided by us. In all other cases, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary Return Policy – Up to 30 Days After Receipt of Goods
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return policy of 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Even after the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, you can cancel the contract by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins the day after you receive the goods).
The following conditions apply:
- The goods must be complete and in their original packaging.
- The goods must be unused and in an undamaged condition.
- The goods must not be items that were custom-made according to your specifications, clearly tailored to your personal needs, or unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods in time. Please return the goods to:
